RVV`s 3rd birthday bash was a roaring success!
RVV`s first meeting was held in November 2005, shortly after the Free Veggie Food Fair in Redditch Town Centre. During the past 3 years we`ve achieved so much and we thought what better way to celebrate than a birthday party!
A total of 31 people filled St Georges Community Hall. Over half were our own members and the rest were their friends and family and several members of Birmingham Veggies & Vegans.
Green Garden Cafe excelled themselves with a scrumptious buffet which was enjoyed by all. Red Kite Health Foods offered Christmas gifts. Our very own Michael performed many Bob Dylan favourites, complete with guitar and mouth organ! And Loretta sang 2 beautiful solos - we have such alot of talent within our group!! :-)
Most people went home with at least one prize from the raffle, which helped to fund the evening.
