Our June meeting was devoted to
the culinary skills of
Liz

Birmingham Veggies
& Vegans. Liz demonstrated how to make mouthwatering
vegan cakes that not only look great, but are delicious too,
as we soon discovered!!
Liz showed us how easy it is to make the
following dairy-free delights:
- Lemon and Ginger Cheesecake
- Chocolate Fudge Cake
- Treacle Pudding
- Sponge Cake
Liz also gave general hints and tips on vegan cake making. Such advice is
not only great for vegans, but also for those with milk allergies or the
lactose intolerant. Why should you have to go without delicious desserts?
