The Spice Trade, based in Bromsgrove, offers Indian cookery courses and demonstrations as well as catering for dinner parties and special occasions, allowing clients to sample and try their hand at home-cooked Indian food. Anita held a fantastic cookery demonstration/workshop at
our August 2007 meeting. An audience of 29 thoroughly enjoyed the demo in
which Anita cooked vegetable pakoras. Most of the audience took part in the
following workshop, and we all sampled the delicious results! Click
