NEW College training restaurant
Archers is the new independant restaurant situated within the Hospitality and Catering Department on the Redditch Campus at NEW College. The restaurant is a realistic working environment and is used by the Hospitality and Catering students as part of their course programme to enable them to gain knowledge and build their skills for the industry.
Catering students are required to learn how to prepare food suitable for people with special dietary requirements including vegetarians and vegans. At least one vegetarian option is always on the menu, but it may be necessary to enquire in advance about vegan options.
The restaurant is open for lunch on Tuesday - Friday, from 12.15pm. And for dinner on Thursdays only, from 7pm. A 3 course luncheon costs £8 and a 5 course dinner costs £15.
