1. RVV Newsletters

Our newsletter is currently a double sided A4 sheet, which we aim to produce every 2-3 months. To download our newsletters in PDF format, simply click on the links below. Please Note - You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed, which you can download for free by clicking this link.

If you prefer, you can subscribe to receive the newsletter through the post. We mail out once a month, which is particularly useful to those without email/internet access, but anyone is welcome to receive our news, dates etc in this way. To subscribe for a year, simply send a £5 cheque/postal order, made payable to Redditch Vegetarians & Vegans, to - RVV, PO Box 10202, Redditch, Worcs. B98 8YT.

Whichever way you receive our newsletter, please copy and distribute it wherever you can, ie your workplace, school, college, shop, cafe, church, community group etc etc. Thankyou.

4. Eco-Veggie Posters

These are a set of 5 full colour A2 size posters that we designed and produced ourselves. They are an excellent resource for educating the public of the massive environmental damage caused by the meat/dairy industries. We`ve made them available here for local veggie/vegan groups to download, edit and print off. They are all in fully editable PDF format (we used Photoshop so you may need that to edit them).   At our meeting in August 2008, there was a talk and demonstration about making cosmetics from everyday kitchen ingredients. This document contains many easy `recipes` for all kinds of natural, homemade cosmetics and skincare treatments.
