This group was set up with the primary aim of promoting the many benefits of the vegetarian and vegan diets to the general public in Redditch, and we also aim to show people how easy it is to adopt these diets.

With this in mind, we hope to hold regular street stalls in order to provide the general public with all the information they need to make the change. We also hope to hold regular Free Veggie Food Fairs in Redditch, which are a great way of introducing people to veggie/vegan food. We also aim to provide support and advice to those who need it via this website, via email and at our regular group meetings(see our events calendar). We also operate a Redditch forum where group members/supporters and potential veggie/vegans can discuss veggie/vegan issues.

Finally, we hope the group will meet up regularly for social events - meals, parties, outings, walks etc. In time, we hope RVV will become a vibrant, active group and a great way to meet new friends!
