Welcome to our website! We are a social & active group for vegetarians & vegans(and those aspiring to be) in Redditch and the surrounding area. Group activities vary enormously, and include our monthly meetings/socials which are open to all; regular meals out in the local area; and promoting the many benefits of the veggie/vegan lifestyles by holding information stalls at a variety of local events, mass leafletting and we stage food fairs which attract hundreds of people!

We produce a regular newsletter which is available online, or you can subscribe for monthly mailouts. Also on this website, you`ll find details of veggie-friendly restaurants and local shops that cater well for us. You`ll also find interesting veggie news items and full details of our forthcoming events. Why not join our forum where you can get to know veggies and vegans across Redditch.

On Wednesday 5 March we hosted a talk and presentation about growing crops and gardening without the use of chemicals or animal products. • RVV Review of 2007 2007 review logo
Despite being a fairly small group, we have managed to stage(or take part in) approx 50 events of one kind or another during 2007 - everything from socials, group meals & speaker meetings to food sample stalls, leafletting and big environmental marches! Our activities have made many 1,000`s of people more aware of the benefits of vegetarian/veganism and we have no doubt that many people have changed their diet as a result.

We have put together a Review of 2007 which is basically a summary of everything we`ve been doing in the last 12 months. Click the link above to read the review. If you would like to help us make 2008 even more successful, please come along to one of our meetings or
    contact us.

We wish you all a Happy & Healthy New Year!!
